Whitehall Golf Club

About

Though only a 9 hole undulating golf course sitting within 34 acres of land and with a total length of 5666 yards, it is still capable of producing a few surprises and can test the expertise of even the best low handicapped players. It boasts an exceptional “signature hole” in the form of our 4th hole, a demanding Par 3 of 225 yards. You are well rewarded if you manage to reach the green but all your skills will be tested if you are only slightly wayward !! A Par 69 course [SSS 68] the Professional Course record is held by Ian Woosnam who recorded a gross score of 62 back in 1980. The Amateur course record is currently held by Mike Gosbee with a fine gross 63. The course itself has undergone many changes since 1922 with the introduction of fairway and greenside bunkers, the re-siting of some tees and planting of a large number of young and mature trees and this work is still ongoing as we aim to make Whitehall Golf Club one of the finest and most enjoyable.
