Though only a 9 hole undulating golf course sitting within 34 acres of land and with a total length of 5666 yards, it is still capable of producing a few surprises and can test the expertise of even the best low handicapped players. It boasts an exceptional “signature hole” in the form of our 4th hole, a demanding Par 3 of 225 yards. You are well rewarded if you manage to reach the green but all your skills will be tested if you are only slightly wayward !!
A Par 69 course [SSS 68] the Professional Course record is held by Ian Woosnam who recorded a gross score of 62 back in 1980. The Amateur course record is currently held by Mike Gosbee with a fine gross 63. The course itself has undergone many changes since 1922 with the introduction of fairway and greenside bunkers, the re-siting of some tees and planting of a large number of young and mature trees and this work is still ongoing as we aim to make Whitehall Golf Club one of the finest and most enjoyable.

Follow the narrow road uphill, where it bends sharply first to the right, and then a little after to the left. A 'Y' junction appears at the third bend and you need to go left at this point and follow the road to the top of the hill where you will see the car park and clubhouse.
