Crafty Finds

Finding a souvenir or gift in The Valleys won't be a problem.  Every summer the Garn Lakes Country Craft and Recreation Fair showcases local talent.  For the rest of the year, visit the Model House in Llantrisant and find a fantastic display of art and crafts.  Workshops are also available for those who would like to get more involved. 

You will also find arts, crafts and gifts available at many of the main attractions together with impressive art collections in places such as Cyfarthfa Castle Museum and Art Gallery and Rhondda Heritage Park.

Unique to The Valleys and their hometown Pontypridd is Groggs. They are clay models of Welsh celebrities past and present, and Grogg rugby players are particularly popular. There is even a small museum on site celebrating the 40 year history of the Grogg.
