Afan Forest Park and Visitor Centre

The Afan Valley is quite simply, a place of outstanding natural beauty, that has evolved into a mecca for outdoor activity. Look out for Afan Forest Park Visitor Centre, Glyncorrwg Ponds and Mountain Bike Centre, a Kanji Woodland Garden, an Outdoor Amphitheatre and the South Wales Miners’ Museum.

The Afan Forest Park Visitor Centre is the ideal place to start your day plus two of the world class bike trails start here. There is parking, a cafe, showers and souvenir shop. Skyline Cycle rental is also located here with a selection of bikes for hire.

There are also excellent mountain biking facilities at Glyncorrwg Mountain Bike Centre and Ponds for visitors to enjoy.
